We are looking for an individual who shares the same values as us to take up the position of Senior Officer – Business Development.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on global marketing trends and competitor landscapes to identify new business opportunities.

• Presentation & Pitch Deck Development: Create high-impact presentations and pitch decks for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring visual excellence and compelling storytelling.

• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze internal and external datasets to evaluate project performance and provide actionable recommendations for business expansion.

• Strategic Outreach: Assist in developing and executing business development plans to engage potential partners and clients in overseas markets.

• AI Integration: Utilize and implement AI tools to streamline workflow, enhance content creation, and improve data visualization processes.

• Cross-Cultural Communication: Bridge the gap between local operations and international markets, ensuring all communications and strategies resonate with overseas cultural standards.

You might be a good fit if you have/are …

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Business Development, Marketing, Data Analysis, or Marketing Trend Research.

• Strong understanding of overseas cultures (US/UK markets). Candidates who have lived, studied, or worked abroad in the US or UK are highly preferred.

• High level of comfort with AI productivity and creative tools.

• Strong skills in data analysis software such as Tableau, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics platforms.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.

• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates with more experience could be considered as Assistant Manager – Business Development.
