The HR Compliance Coordinator supports workforce compliance and regulatory readiness by maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring required licenses, certifications, training, and clearances, conducting compliance audits, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and/or routine employee relations.
- Ensure ongoing compliance information for all employee HRIS
- Coordination of employee personnel records and compliance data for all appropriate state, federal and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct bi-weekly and monthly file and compliance
- Run monthly HR Compliance Reports (License renewal, CPR, Therapeutic Options, annual compliance, annual flu program, etc.).
- Maintain up to date HR compliance
- Point of contact for HR compliance related questions for employees and
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Two or more years’ human resources office experience required.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
