Description
KONE is looking for a Greek-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Care team in Bucharest.

Your role at KONE
Emergency support (Callout):
- Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators
- Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations
Customer requests (Inbound):
- Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA
- Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate KONE teams
Customer follow-up (Outbound):
- Conduct post-service surveys and welcome calls
- Contact customers periodically to support KONE campaigns
- Maintain data accuracy while handling requests efficiently
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or call center roles
- PC literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
- Language skills:
- Greek – advanced (mandatory)
- Romanian – advanced (mandatory)
- English – basic
- Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure
