Our Irvine office is busier than ever. New cases are coming in consistently, our resolution teams are scaling, and we’re expanding to meet demand. This role is not entry-level and not remote. We’re looking for licensed professionals with real tax resolution experience who can step in, take ownership of cases, and deliver results.

🔎 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Communicating directly with the IRS to research accounts, request transcripts, and resolve discrepancies

• Negotiating resolutions including payment plans, levy releases, and settlements

• Preparing and submitting IRS programs such as:

  • Offer in Compromise

  • Currently Not Collectible (CNC)

  • Partial Pay Installment Agreements

  • Lien releases, subordinations, and audit reconsiderations

• Reviewing client financials and determining the most effective resolution strategy

• Managing a full caseload efficiently in a high-volume environment

🎓 What We Require (Non-Negotiable)

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on tax resolution experience

• Working knowledge of IRS Fresh Start and resolution programs

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Ability to commute to our Irvine office (this is an in-person role only)

🕘 Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No weekends

• Full-time, in-office position
