Description
- Assist engineers in managing scheduling and arrangements for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of C&I and residential solar PV systems. Ensure efficient site visits, initiate fault diagnosis, and implement corrective actions in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Handle the application process for Permits to Work (PTW) and other site access requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Supervise and review maintenance activities performed by technicians and contractors, ensuring adherence to approved standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Monitor system performance by conducting analyses of system generation and providing summaries of findings to assess overall system performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and best practices, including conducting risk assessments and preparing Method of Statement documents for specific maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, Solarvees, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and service warranty phases.
- Establish effective communication channels and maintain proper documentation and related records as required.
- Oversee the processing of quotations, invoices, purchase orders (PO), work orders (WO), delivery orders (DO), and payment statuses for registered vendors.
- Assist engineers in report preparation, including Inspection Reports, Preventive Maintenance Reports, Corrective Maintenance Reports, and warranty claim reports for equipment such as inverters, PV modules, and data loggers.
- Manage and maintain assigned company vehicles (if applicable) and oversee the inventory of spare parts, tools, and other essential assets.
- Assist Engineer on conduct monthly checks on tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), machinery, and van inventory to ensure sufficiency and compliance.
- Assist Engineers with specific tasks as requested to support overall project and maintenance objectives.
