職責:
Customer records retrieval for audit confirmation purpose (maker role) and the related inventory registration
Retrieval of check images from DVDs or shared drive
Respond to other record retrieval requests (Account opening documents, statements, transaction advices & cheque images etc.) for external parties, internal departments and judicial requests from government authorities.
工作要求:
Administrative experience from payment / accounting / finance is preferred
Good communication with good understanding of English
Able to process with Excel
Background check will be required for successful applicants
