About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to manage end-to-end sales for our proprietary ERP and SaaS product portfolio. In this role, you will identify prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, close contracts, and facilitate client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, cold outreach, and pitch presentation to contract closing and onboarding.
* Understand client business processes to effectively position our software products (POS, WMS, ERP).
* Travel across India (approximately once a month) for high-stakes on-site client presentations and negotiations.
* Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified business opportunities across target retail and enterprise markets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Commerce, or related disciplines.
* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B IT Software / SaaS Product Sales (experience selling ERP, POS, WMS, or HRMS preferred).
* Note: Candidates with backgrounds strictly in ERP software development, technical implementation, hardware sales, or IT services will not be considered.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Willingness to travel PAN India as required for client meetings.
