Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive strategic partnerships and business development initiatives within the K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading end-to-end partnership and expansion initiatives.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work with developers, investors, educational institutions, trusts, consultants, and other strategic partners to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities to drive business expansion.
Lead the complete business development lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, educational trusts, investors, real estate partners, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial pitches for prospective partners.
Negotiate partnership agreements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Operations, and Leadership for seamless execution of partnership projects.
Monitor project progress and partner performance to ensure successful implementation.
Represent the organization at industry forums, networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
Contribute to the organization's long-term expansion and growth strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
6–12 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Expansion, Franchise Development, or Corporate Alliances.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
K-12 Education
Education Franchising
Real Estate
Infrastructure
Advisory/Consulting
Hospitality
Healthcare Expansion
Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships or commercial deals.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strong commercial and financial understanding.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Existing network within the education, real estate, developer, or investor ecosystem will be an advantage.
Experience in expansion projects, franchise development, or strategic alliances is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is desirable.
