Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and user support for all sites.
- Coordinate the use of purchased software and hardware, providing training and instruction to users as needed.
- Develop and apply strategies to ensure systems are current and aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures to support software standardization and consistent practices.
- Perform routine computer maintenance and ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Maintain IT assets for all sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues, order necessary parts and supplies, and coordinate the receipt and storage of desktop equipment.
- Provide end-user support and guidance to maintain efficient and reliable system operations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors as needed to coordinate the resolution of more complex user issues.
- Track, document, and report recurring problems to help improve system reliability and inform long-term solutions.
- Perform other responsibilities in alignment with evolving organizational needs.
- Mentor and Train entry Level IT Staff, when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing tickets.
- Understanding of antivirus tools and security best practices.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ (entry level).
- Basic Understanding of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Office Suite (O365), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), etc.
- Associate degree in Information technology or Computer Science.
