About the Role
We're looking for a Mobility Consultant to join our Global Mobility team. In this role, you'll help employees navigate domestic and international relocations while serving as a trusted advisor throughout their mobility journey.
You'll partner with clients, assignees, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate relocation services, manage immigration and compliance processes, and ensure a seamless employee experience. What You’ll Do
- Serve as an advocate for employees and assignees participating in the Client’s global mobility program.
- Apply functional expertise in global mobility and assignment management to ensure a high-quality assignee experience.
- Coordinate all benefits outlined in the policy or assignment letter, including but not limited to cultural and language training, household goods shipment, and related services.
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with assignees throughout the duration of their assignment or transfer.
- Prepare and review relocation and assignment reports prior to submission to the Client.
- Escalate complex or sensitive assignee concerns CRG’s Senior Director and/or the Client, as appropriate, prior to engaging with the assignee.
- Review and provide cost estimates to support Client budgeting and accrual planning in accordance with policy requirements.
- Manage and negotiate host country rental agreements and terminations, as needed.
- Participate in year-end compensation processes in collaboration with CRG’s Global Compensation team, the Client, and tax providers.
- Resolve vendor service issues in partnership with the CRG Vendor Manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely input and maintenance of data in the mobility management system.
- Submit and escalate exception requests to the Client as required.
- Coordinate and monitor immigration processes, including work permits, visa authorizations, and labor certifications.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in global mobility, relocation, immigration, or a related HR field.
- Knowledge of global mobility programs, assignment management, and immigration processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification preferred.
