As a Data Solutions Manager you will lead client service workstreams that bring together experience consulting, business processes, and technology delivery to design and implement data-driven solutions that support customer and employee experiences. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage project timelines and deliverables, and use sound judgment to address complex issues while upholding quality, integrity, and PwC’s values. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Experience Consulting practice and help shape solutions that connect business needs with data and technology capabilities, while guiding engagement execution and supporting client relationships across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

- Leading data solutions workstreams across client engagements and aligning delivery plans with business needs
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across end-to-end solution delivery efforts
- Guiding teams through analysis of business processes, customer needs, and technology capabilities to shape solution design
- Coaching team members in agile delivery methods, technical consultation, and solution deployment activities
- Reviewing technical deliverables and validating that architecture, implementation, and integration decisions support the intended outcome
- Identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies, AI fluency, and digital tooling to improve delivery approaches
- Building client relationships to understand experience goals and translate them into actionable data and technology solutions
- Addressing delivery issues, escalating risks when needed, and reinforcing professional and technical standards
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
