Role summary:
The (USA) Senior Analyst, Operations plays a critical role in supporting project planning, execution, and operational improvements across multiple business functions. This position involves analyzing data, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, reports, and processes. The role requires managing project timelines, communicating progress to stakeholders, and driving results through effective resource allocation and problem-solving. The Senior Analyst contributes to operational best practices, supports compliance with company standards, and fosters strong partnerships to meet business objectives while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
About the team:
The Marketplace Screening team develops and scales screening, onboarding, and identity capabilities to support a trusted and efficient global marketplace. This role acts as a key Business Support partner for APAC, collaborating with Business SMEs, Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. The team focuses on Pre-Screening, Adaptive Onboarding, and Identity Intelligence, providing operational readiness, troubleshooting, and post-launch support. With significant China scope, proficiency in Chinese is essential to support regional workflows and partnerships. The team drives continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and delivering actionable insights to enhance marketplace performance.
What you'll do:

• Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement operational initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, develop solutions, and recommend improvements across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering to drive project execution and operational enhancements.
• Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
• Implement scalable operational best practices and tracking mechanisms to support business growth and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, resource allocation, and outcomes to key stakeholders effectively.
• Support compliance with company policies and foster positive team engagement through coaching and collaboration.

• Proven experience in operations analytics and project management, with the ability to design and execute complex project plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and risk awareness to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
• Expertise in developing and implementing operational best practices and scalable business solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to convey project status and engage stakeholders effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $143,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
