Position Overview: 

We are seeking a customer-centric, strategic, and highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Implementation Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of KorTerra's software solutions for our largest and most complex customers while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding and expansion process.  

The Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience by managing implementation projects from kickoff through successful adoption. This individual partners closely with customers, Sales, Customer Success, Product, CloudOps, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals. As a senior member of the team, you will also help improve implementation methodologies, mentor teammates, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.  

What You’ll Get to Do: 

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers, including large, strategic, and technically complex deployments.  
• Serve as the primary project manager and trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customers achieve a successful launch and realize value quickly.  
• Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and develop implementation strategies that meet their unique operational needs.  
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.  
• Configure, implement, and optimize the KorTerra software suite based on customer requirements and industry best practices.  
• Collaborate with Engineering, CloudOps, Product, Customer Success, and Customer Support to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless customer experiences.  
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Perform database queries and leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues.  
• Identify implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies before they impact project success.  
• Provide customer training, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption.  
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, project plans, and customer-facing deliverables.  
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance implementation processes, tools, documentation, and customer onboarding experiences.  
• Mentor and provide guidance to Implementation Project Managers, sharing best practices and supporting team development.  
• Act as a subject matter expert on KorTerra's products, implementation methodologies, and industry best practices. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
• 5+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer-facing technical experience, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.  
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex customer implementation projects simultaneously.  
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills.  
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.  
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.  
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.  
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities.  
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional technical teams including Engineering, Product, Support, and Cloud Operations.  
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues through resolution.  
• SQL query experience required; experience working with relational databases preferred.  
• Experience with project management methodologies and software implementation best practices.  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.  
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  
• Experience mentoring or coaching teammates is preferred.  
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.
