What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency during service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with recipe execution and menu preparation while maintaining high culinary standards.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and respectful kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a professional restaurant, hotel, country club, or fine dining kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality.
• Culinary school education is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Experience

• Professional Cooking: 2 years preferred
• Fine Dining, Hotel, Country Club, or High-Volume Restaurant experience preferred
