The Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation drives execution and delivery of enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives within TreviPay’s Global Operations Center of Excellence. Partnering closely with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation, this role translates sponsored strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, and governance-ready deliverables, then leads the cross-functional execution required to bring them to life. •    Maintain project governance artifacts — RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio tracking — and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
•    Partner with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation to shape business cases, success metrics, and delivery plans for originated initiatives.
•    Lead process design, mapping, and optimization work to support initiative execution, evaluating end-to-end operational impact.
•    Build KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses to track initiative progress and measure realized business value.
•    Act as a change agent, facilitating stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through structured change management practices.
•    Partner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, Data & Analytics) to implement technology-enabled process enhancements.
•    Present project status, risks, and outcomes to Governance and senior leadership on a defined cadence.
•    Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

•    Proficiency with project management and process improvement frameworks (Microsoft Project, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
•    Advanced data analysis skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
•    Executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
•    Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; able to gain buy-in across all levels without formal authority.
•    Strategic thinker who aligns execution work to overall business goals.
•    Change management expertise; skilled at driving organizational adoption of new processes and methodologies.
