Business Manager - Business Bank

About the Role

Location flexible across Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney!

As Business Manager, Business Bank, you’ll work closely with the Business Bank Product Domain Owner and leadership team to help the Product Domain operate effectively, maintain focus on its priorities and deliver against its objectives.

Acting as a central coordination and business management point, you’ll oversee the domain’s operating rhythm, performance reporting, briefings, leadership papers and information flow, while tracking key actions and commitments through to completion. You’ll bring commercial insight to the role, translating business needs into clear analysis, reporting and practical recommendations, and supporting coordination across performance, finance, projects, risk, compliance and delivery. You’ll also prepare high-quality briefings and packs for senior internal and external engagements, identify and escalate emerging business risks, and use data and AI to improve how the domain collaborates, reports and delivers.

About You

You’re a highly organised and collaborative business partner who can bring structure, momentum and commercial thinking to a complex product environment. You’ll have strong product experience and ideally bring a background in banking or financial services, with the ability to understand competing priorities and connect strategic objectives with day-to-day delivery.

You communicate confidently with senior leaders, build trusted relationships across functions and locations, and use sound judgement when managing sensitive information. Strong analytical, reporting and data-interpretation skills will be important, along with the ability to prepare clear, executive-ready materials and coordinate multiple priorities through to completion. Most importantly, you’re proactive, adaptable and accountable, with the curiosity and confidence to challenge constructively, connect the right people and help the broader team perform at its best.
