Description
Reporting to the Plant Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure material availability within the execution horizon by managing call-off schedules, delivery confirmations, and short-term material exceptions while partnering closely with production scheduling, logistics, suppliers, and planning teams to prevent disruptions to plant operations. You will translate approved plans into executable material flow activities, resolve short-term supply challenges, coordinate inventory movements, and provide visibility to execution risks that impact production performance.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Monitor plant execution risks within the handoff window and ensure constraints are visible to centralized planning teams.
- Translate approved Material Resource Planning and supply plans into daily and weekly call-off and delivery schedules for raw and packaging materials.
- Confirm deliveries with suppliers and internal warehouses within the execution horizon while maintaining alignment with production schedules.
- Review planned, firmed, and open orders to ensure delivery dates, quantities, and priorities are execution ready.
- Triage and escalate short-term Material Resource Planning execution issues, including reschedule requests and delivery adjustments, while providing visibility to planning teams.
- Partner with Material Resource Planning Operations, Non-Finished Goods and Semi-Finished Goods Value Planning teams, and Production Scheduling to resolve material constraints and sequencing conflicts.
- Manage raw material and packaging material shuttling activities and inventory movements between external storage locations and plant operations.
- Proactively address supplier escalations involving delivery delays, shortages, and execution risks.
- Coordinate with plant logistics teams to align dock capacity, warehousing constraints, and material arrival sequencing.
- Identify and communicate master data and execution data issues, including lead times, calendars, and lot sizes, to the appropriate planning teams.
- Support rapid response activities during line stoppages, demand increases, transportation delays, and supplier disruptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, solving problems, and making sound business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across functions and partnering with external suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities while supporting operational needs.

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
