Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory payroll regulations, labor laws, social security contributions, and tax withholdings across active operating jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal Finance/Tax teams and external legal/payroll partners to handle year-end filings, wage reporting, tax forms, and statutory audits. Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc payroll reporting for Finance journal entries, general ledger (GL) reconciliations, variance analysis, and workforce budgeting.
4. Employee Support & Collaboration
Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding pay stubs, tax withholdings, deductions, and payment timing, resolving tickets promptly and empathetically.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations during onboarding, status changes, and offboarding to ensure seamless data handoffs.
