Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Department: OR
Shifts Available: Days
Pay: up to $1,728 – $2,160 gross per week; equivalent to $48.00-$60.00 per hour.
Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the OR Charge Nurse and Director of Surgical Services
- Coordinates post‑operative care with surgeons and anesthesiologists
- Communicates clinical changes to physicians, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostics
- Collaborates with departments to ensure quality care, efficient patient flow, and unit organization
- Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and hospital policies
- Participates in performance improvement activities, unit meetings, and in‑services
- Serves as a clinical resource to other personnel as appropriate

Pay Transparency
Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $48.00 to $60.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
