Senior Account Manager

The role 

As a Senior Account Manager, you will: 

• Take ownership in leading projects from conception to completion, including creative brief writing, budgeting and timeline management. 
• Be proactive and take initiative – you don’t shy away from sinking your teeth into new challenges. 
• Be passionate about solving problems and collaborating with agency teams (strategy, creative, design, production) to deliver effective, creative and purposeful campaigns.  
• Be confident with clients and feel comfortable establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.  
• Provide support to junior team members, nurturing their growth and guiding them in day-to-day work.  
• Have headroom to grow, take ownership of major projects and clients – honing your skills across the entire agency.
