Hiring: Service Greeter

• Pay: $18.00 Hourly
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the service lane and help direct them to the appropriate team member
• Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service lane
• Communicate customer arrivals to Service Advisors and other service team members
• Help customers navigate the dealership and answer general questions
• Help move or stage customer vehicles
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service lane
• Provide additional support to the service department

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of previous customer service or automotive dealership experience
• Comfort assisting customers and responding to questions
• Comfort working with customers and dealership team members throughout the day
• Comfort keeping work organized and completing tasks.
• Comfortable learning dealership procedures and service processes
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $18.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
