What You'll Own:
- Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and keeping the site running smoothly.
- Leading by example and coaching your team to deliver fast, friendly service.
- Driving membership sales and helping the team reach its goals.
- Handling guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Keeping the site clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.
- Taking ownership, solving problems, and helping your team perform at its best.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, or a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Confidence promoting services and working toward sales goals.
- Reliability, initiative, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Someone who takes pride in their work, supports their team, and follows through.
