Position Summary...

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis at Walmart leads comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to support strategic business decisions. About the team: The VIZIO Platform + Finance team supports the advertising business by partnering with business owners and accounting to project future revenue from video CTV and homescreen platforms, along with maintaining the P&L. It plays a critical role in financial planning, predictive analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to drive informed business decisions. This team strives for accurate forecasting and financial insights that support growth and operational efficiency within the advertising segment.

What you'll do...

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to support business objectives.
• Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities impacting performance and shareholder value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate financial insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to align financial plans with organizational goals and drive growth initiatives.
• Implement data governance and continuous improvement practices to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting methodologies. 
• Proven ability to interpret complex financial statements and key business metrics to support strategic decision-making. 

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively. 

• Proficiency in predictive analytics, variance analysis, and month-end closing processes. 

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders. 

• Knowledge of data management principles and financial reporting standards. 

• Demonstrated project management capabilities and continuous improvement mindset.

The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $132,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
