Role Overview
Lead and scale global payment operations across fiat and digital asset rails, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability.

Requirements
- 8–12+ years in payments, fintech, or digital assets operations
- Strong knowledge of crypto infrastructure, wallets, and blockchain settlement flows
- Experience working with regulators in Singapore or Hong Kong
- Proven leadership in scaling operations teams across regions
- Strong analytical, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payment operations (fiat, crypto, on/off-ramps, settlements)
- Build and optimize scalable operational processes for high-volume transactions
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations (MAS, HKMA, AML/CFT frameworks)
- Manage relationships with banks, payment partners, and blockchain providers
- Drive automation, reconciliation accuracy, and operational risk controls
- Lead incident management, SLA performance, and continuous improvement
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team
