About the team:
The eCommerce Strategy team at Sam’s Club leads digital growth by crafting forward-looking strategies that transform the business. Focused on business development, member value, channel optimization, marketing strategy, and performance storytelling, the team supports senior leadership in aligning priorities and driving action. Combining structured problem-solving with commercial insight, members leverage data and industry trends to create clear strategies. Positioned near executive decision-making, the team anticipates market shifts and develops innovative approaches that advance Sam’s Club eCommerce beyond conventional boundaries.
What you'll do:

• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, accurate strategic plans.
• Recommend and implement initiatives based on analytical findings to drive business growth.
• Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute business plans.
• Establish and oversee processes ensuring compliance, efficiency, and performance measurement.
• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
• Communicate business priorities clearly and remove obstacles to achieve objectives.

• Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies by collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
