For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 2+ years years of experience as an IT Ops
- Proficiency in the DevOps toolchain — including Gitlab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible — to support solution deployment, release management, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong command of containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Openshift, to provision and maintain scalable production infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, including access traceability, storage, and environment health checks such as backup/restore and performance validation.
- Ability to integrate infrastructure and production requirements into Agile product backlogs, contributing to technical user stories and participating actively in project ceremonies and collective decisions.
- Demonstrated capability to define and implement service monitoring, supervision plans, and operational indicators in alignment with SLA commitments and continuous improvement goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to identifying operational blocking points — spanning flows, security, and network — and proposing structured action plans in collaboration with Application Production Support teams.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2/3 times based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
