What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of engineering spare parts, from maintenance requisitions and supplier enquiries through to order placement and delivery coordination.
• Raise, track, and maintain purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage quotations, order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and issue resolution to support operational requirements.
• Provide invoice processing, system administration, reporting, and general procurement support to ensure accurate records and efficient workflows.
• Support capital expenditure and labour procurement activities as required, adapting priorities and responsibilities to meet changing operational needs.

Key Criteria

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
• Proven experience using SAP for purchasing activities, including requisition processing, purchase order management, goods receipt tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to perform data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and data manipulation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, suppliers, and internal business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate procurement administration and timely delivery of operational requirements.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
