Sr Analyst III Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: • Support the Talent Acquisition team by actively participating in candidate sourcing and screening. • Assist with recruitment projects and initiatives, learning about best practices. • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records. • Collaborate with the team in the interview and assessment processes. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment practices. • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires. • Contribute to the overall candidate experience by providing efficient coordination. • Show eagerness to learn and grow in the role.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment support role • Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support talent acquisition strategies • Continuous learner who remains updated with industry knowledge and evolving recruitment technologies Other Qualifications: • Progress toward advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Human Resources or data analysis is a plus
