Are you passionate about ensuring seamless customer service, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration? In this role, you will play a critical part in managing customer order fulfillment, commercial processes, product lifecycle activities, and stakeholder coordination, helping ensure reliable product availability and a positive customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from customer order receipt through stock delivery, coordinating closely with international supply teams, Key Account Managers, and warehouse partners.
Execute customer channel management activities, including monthly allocation planning, quantity split management across wholesalers, maintenance of relevant systems, and preparation of customer communications.
Coordinate price change implementation activities, including approvals, price list updates, stakeholder notifications, and compensation processing through credit notes and reconciliations.
Manage product returns and claims processes, including eligibility assessment, coordination with logistics providers, return execution, and documentation.
Oversee sampling activities, including ordering, distribution, inventory monitoring, and destruction processes in line with company requirements.
Execute regulatory and administrative activities such as notifications to authorities, product master data maintenance, customer confirmation letters, and support for product launches.
Prepare and manage country reporting requirements, forecasting approvals, commercial reports, and operational performance tracking.
Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and patient calls.
KPIs - Timely execution and documentation of logistics activities, accurate maintenance of records and reports, compliance with internal procedures, and effective coordination of stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Economics is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service, commercial operations, supply chain, sales support, or related business operations roles connected with logistics operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with reports, sales data, forecasting information, and operational metrics.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different functions and external partners.
Proficiency in SAP system, Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint would be an advantage
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Essential skills:
Adaptable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing complex operational processes.
Languages :
Fluent Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or highly regulated industry.
Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, data reporting tools, or supply chain management systems.
