About the Role
Service Stream are excited to open applications for a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Utilities division, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. You might be either a first or second year Graduate, and you will be predominately supporting our Water Projects across Victoria. You will be part of the wider Utilities team, which is our biggest business unit that supports Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide.

About the program

O-Week kicks off in February 2027 from our head office in Melbourne. We will provide remuneration increases every 6 months for the duration of this program, and when you finish you will have a permanent role with us!
About you

To be eligible for the program, you must:
Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year engineering undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.
Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.
At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
