Reimagine What’s Possible
本岗位主要负责当班生产，确保按照生产计划保证气体和液体产品的供应；负责工厂的停开车和应急响应；确保当班生产工作安全稳定高效；认真执行安全检查和现场巡检工作；协助维修工程师开展预防性维修工作；执行主管安排的工作分工。
主要职责
协助生产主管开展相关工作，并在生产主管缺席期间负责工厂日常运行管理。 与操作人员及工程师密切协作，负责工厂日常运行，包括工艺控制、管道输送系统管理、产品质量保证及槽车充装等工作。 确保LASU装置安全、高效运行；参与工厂预防性维护工作；组织安全会议，开展安全审核（包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、5M、安全行动培训等），并编写相关安全报告。 负责并审核LASU月度生产率报告。 与客户保持有效沟通，促进双方紧密协作。 持续提升英语能力，能够阅读安全手册和操作手册，并参与其他区域的交叉培训。 负责与客户及政府主管部门进行沟通与协调。 负责备品备件管理工作。 负责与客户、供应商、项目承包商及维修承包商保持工作联系。 促进与其他部门之间的沟通、配合与协作。 组织并参与同事间的交叉培训，培训并指导其他操作人员。 完成汇报经理安排的其他工作任务，并确保相关要求得到及时、高效落实。 完成公司安排的其他相关职责。
任职要求
- 具备诚信正直的职业操守，重视并践行安全要求，能够推动工作结果达成，工作态度积极，并具备创新意识。
- 具有化学工程、机械工程、电气工程、工业自动化、仪表或相关专业大专及以上学历。
- 具有至少3年制造型企业相关工作经验。
- 具备良好的安全意识和安全知识，熟悉现场安全管理要求。
- 具备良好的英语读写能力者优先。
- 工作积极主动，诚实守信，勤勉尽责。
- 具备较强的学习意愿和持续改进意识。
- 能够适应倒班工作安排。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协作能力。
