About Us

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people's lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market, and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,600+ associates, the company's products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

As our brands scale globally, social isn't a support channel, it's where discovery, conversation, and demand are created. We're building a social creative engine designed to move at the speed of culture, and we're looking for creative leaders who can help shape it.

Why This Role Matters

Creative makes the work. Social Creative Acceleration creates the conditions for great work to happen — consistently, at volume, and in every market.

Social creative at SharkNinja spans paid social, organic social, brand partnerships, and always-on ambassador content across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja Kitchen. Growth means more moments, more partners, more markets, and more channels, all at once. That only works if creative quality scales with it instead of getting diluted by it.

The Senior Manager, Social Creative Acceleration sits directly with the VP, Global Social Creative and owns the end-to-end production infrastructure that connects brief intake to global content delivery, leading a team of three Project Managers embedded across the creative production pipeline. This is an operations role held by someone with real creative fluency: you'll spend most of your time building and running the machine, and enough of it inside the work to know when the machine is producing something weak.

What You'll Do

Own the Operating Model

  • Architect and evolve the end-to-end social creative operating model across intake, prioritization, production, and delivery.
  • Establish the governance frameworks, operational standards, and planning processes that let execution scale across global social channels.
  • Own the full brief-to-delivery workflow: intake governance, routing logic, approval pathways, and handoffs across Social, Brand Creative, Strategy, and paid media — including Writers Room intake sequencing.
  • Drive prioritization, scope management, and operational tradeoff decisions that protect execution quality, team focus, and delivery timelines across Ninja, Shark Home, and Shark Beauty.
  • Build repeatable process where none exists — briefing templates, review cycles, approval paths — so output scales without sacrificing quality.
  • Identify where volume is being lost to inefficiency, and fix it.

Plan Resources, Capacity, and Budget

  • Lead resource, capacity, and budget planning aligned to quarterly and annual social go-to-market priorities across all three brands.
  • Own team utilization tracking, production forecasting, and freelancer/agency planning.
  • Develop scalable resourcing strategies across internal social creative teams, production vendors, and freelance partners.
  • Give leadership real-time capacity signals before overload becomes a crisis.

Deliver Globally

  • Oversee end-to-end social content production and delivery across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid — on time, on brand, and aligned to global market needs.
  • Build localization kits and transcreation-ready asset packs so global markets adapt content without LA as a bottleneck.
  • Define SLAs for paid social adaptation and transcreation workflows to absorb rising global demand.

Own the Tooling and AI Infrastructure

  • Own the strategy and evolution of the social creative technology ecosystem: brief management platform, project management systems, workflow automation, localization processes, and DAM infrastructure.
  • Manage DAM and PM system integrations (Air, Airtable, marketing tools) and lead the Air DAM transition, including Superside localization integration.
  • Drive AI-enabled creative processes across prompt libraries, brief workflows, and production automation.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards tracking creative throughput, cycle time, launch readiness, and team capacity.
  • Lead continuous improvement across workflows, tooling, automation, and AI-enabled operational processes.

Bring Creative Judgment to the System

  • Hold the quality bar on what moves through the pipeline: give direction and feedback on ambassador and long-term partner content, keeping every asset culturally native and on-brand.
  • Push back on weak concepts before they reach production. Protect the work.
  • Work fluently across both ends of the production spectrum — structured tabletop/product shoots and fast, creator-native influencer content — and know when a concept needs a full shoot versus a phone and a creator.
  • Partner with the VP on major partnership moments, carrying them from idea to delivery.
  • Act as a force multiplier for the VP and the creative connective tissue between strategy and execution: triage incoming requests, flag priorities, keep the pipeline moving.

Lead the Team

  • Manage and develop three Project Managers supporting global social content production.
  • Build a team culture of clarity, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like

  • Production process is tighter, faster, and more repeatable than when this person started.
  • Global markets ship adapted content on SLA without waiting on LA.
  • The VP can hand off a partnership or ambassador workstream and trust it comes back sharper than expected.
  • Leadership sees capacity problems weeks early instead of the day something slips.
  • Nothing falls through the cracks, even when five things are moving at once.
  • Creative quality goes up across every channel this role touches, not just the ones getting the most attention.

Who You Are

  • 7-8 years in creative operations, social media operations, marketing operations, or production operations within high-growth, multi-channel organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling the operational systems that support a social creative or brand organization.
  • Proven success leading resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution across complex global initiatives, and establishing governance frameworks and scalable workflows within matrixed organizations.
  • Real production experience — you've been on set, briefed a creator, and know the difference between what looks good in a deck and what actually ships.
  • Strong command of social content production workflows across organic, paid, influencer, and long-form channels.
  • Experience managing production across internal teams, external agencies, production partners, and freelance networks.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana), DAM systems, and social tooling ecosystems.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, tooling enhancements, and AI-enabled operational improvements, and a commitment to holding AI-assisted output to the same quality standard as your own.
  • Sharp creative judgment and the confidence to say when something isn't good enough, with a clear point of view on how to fix it.
  • People leadership experience and strong operational judgment — able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive execution at scale.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication across creative, brand, strategy, and market teams, and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external partners (agencies, ambassadors, brand partners).
  • Experience with celebrity, athlete, or brand ambassador content a strong plus.

Why Join SharkNinja

  • Build the social creative engine from the inside at a global, product-driven company.
  • Own the infrastructure behind real partnerships and ambassador relationships with cultural presence across Home, Kitchen, and Beauty.
  • Work inside a team that values taste, speed, and execution.
  • Help define what scaling social creative actually looks like.
