- Lead and manage the design team, including Design Managers and design and production support staff
- Oversee Design Managers, administrative support, and Wall Panel supervision
- Provide leadership, direction, and accountability across the design function
- Make decisions and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Improve processes while encouraging creative problem-solving
- Experience managing designers and design teams
