Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD and CSM solutions, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Services, Customer Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Customer Portals.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives through workflow automation, self-service experiences, and AI-powered solutions.
• Configure and enhance Employee Center, Agent Workspace, Case Management, Catalog Items, Knowledge Bases, Record Producers, and Service Portals.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and reusable platform components using ServiceNow best practices.
• Implement AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI-driven user experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and support integrations with HR, CRM, Identity Management, ERP, and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization across HRSD and CSM applications.
• Support platform upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring platform stability and security.
• Contribute to platform standards, solution design reviews, technical documentation, and governance practices.

Qualification / Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in HRSD and CSM modules with solid ServiceNow Platform development experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Knowledge Management, Customer Service Management, Case Routing, Knowledge Management, and Customer Workspaces.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, Workspaces, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, SSO/SAML, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Assist, or Generative AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, security, platform governance, performance optimization, and upgrade management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
