Job title:
Provide analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain team while delivering measurable improvements in areas but not limited to inventory visibility, order fulfillment, logistics efficiency, and reporting automation. The intern will work on a structured project that contributes to supply chain performance and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data and develop dashboards to improve decision-making.

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Lead a focused improvement project with quantifiable business impact.

 

Final Deliverables

By the end of the internship, the intern should:

• Deliver an end-to-end supply chain improvement project.
• Develop a management dashboard, agents to digitize any workflows etc.
• Present findings and recommendations for Supply Chain leadership.
• Document process improvements and standard operating guidelines.
• Quantify business impact (cost savings, inventory reduction, service improvement, productivity gain, or lead-time reduction).

Success Criteria: A successful internship will result in:

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability.

Improved visibility of a key supply chain metric.

At least one implemented process improvement recommendation.

Positive stakeholder feedback and leadership presentation completion.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
