Property Manager - Whickham - Up to £30,000pa + £3,000pa Bonus
An experienced Residential Property Manager is now sought to join this award winning Estate Agency in the Whickham area.
Working as part of an established team, you will be assigned your own portfolio of residential properties to manage, ensuring each is properly maintained, is compliant and financially successful for each landlord concerned.
The Reward
- Up to £30,000pa depending on experience

The Role
- Manage your assigned Residential Property Portfolio, delivering a best in class and professional service
- Be responsible for the day to day operation of your portfolio, including compliance
- Be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Manage all maintenance and repairs, both incidental and cyclical
The Person
- Must have previous Property Management experience with a strong knowledge of UK property legislation
- Be extremely organised and an excellent record keeper
- Be able to work as part of the wider team and work towards common goals
- Possess a full UK driving license
