About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner Lead is a strategic recruiting partner responsible for hiring the talent that powers FIS technology. You will work closely with engineering and technology leaders to attract exceptional talent across Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, and emerging areas such as Forward Deployed Engineering.

We're looking for someone who understands technical talent markets, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and knows how to find exceptional people that others can't. This role combines strategic partnership, talent intelligence, market mapping, and modern sourcing techniques to help build world-class technology teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with technology leaders to deliver hiring strategies for critical engineering and technology talent.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and business-critical technical roles.
• Build proactive pipelines of software engineers, SREs, cloud engineers, platform engineers, forward deployed engineers, data professionals, and cybersecurity talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Leverage sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and talent intelligence tools to identify and engage hard-to-find candidates.
• Use data and recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes, velocity, and quality of hire.
• Drive exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Champion modern recruiting practices, including AI-enabled recruiting technologies and automation.
• Support workforce planning and strategic growth initiatives across the technology organization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success recruiting technical talent across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, cybersecurity, data, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability, with a track record of finding difficult-to-reach talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Curiosity about technology and emerging engineering skillsets.
• A passion for recruiting and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional talent.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $121,800.00 - $207,060.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
