For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Ability to query and analyze data using SQL to extract relevant WMS insights, support operational improvements, and drive logistics efficiency.
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that align the WMS with stakeholder and end-user needs.
- Capacity to monitor WMS performance continuously, identify operational gaps, and implement targeted improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Active participation in testing and validation phases for new WMS functionality, ensuring requirements are fully met prior to go-live.
- Demonstrated autonomy in project management, with the ability to independently drive WMS-related initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (B2) and in Portuguese (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Lisboa. Willingness to travel to other locations within the country when necessary
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
