The Project Delivery Manager, Supply Chain supports QVC International, and leads the delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects across operations.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in Knowsley, Liverpool two days a week.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects, ensuring successful implementation across all project phases, on time, within budget and aligned to intended business benefits
Define, document and manage technical and non-technical project requirements in partnership with operational stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers where required
Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, governance materials and status reporting for managers, project sponsors and steering committees
Coordinate cross-functional teams across areas such as logistics operations, IT and finance, ensuring clear communication, alignment and follow-through on actions and milestones
Evaluate project ideas, support feasibility studies and concept development, and help shape innovative operational solutions within supply chain and logistics environments
What You'll Bring
Proven project management experience within logistics, supply chain or intralogistics, with experience delivering projects across multiple business functions
Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, including tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office
Degree-level education in industrial engineering, business IT, business administration with a logistics focus, or equivalent relevant experience
Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a matrix organisation
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present clearly, influence stakeholders and drive progress in complex project environments
