Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Jakarta office:

Consulting Manager, Career Services

We will count on you to:

• Leverage expertise and thought leadership to deliver significant change for Mercer’s clients, working on a wide range of HR related projects.

• Build trusted advisory relationships with client senior management, including HR Directors, CEOs and other relevant stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between the Mercer project team and the client. Participate in meetings with clients, including fact-finding interviews and presentations. Identify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are in place.

• Understand talent management trends, pay practices and policies for a particular client and within the broader marketplace.

• Deliver / provide support in delivery of broad-based rewards projects across domains in job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, performance management, etc.

• Research public filings to gather financial data, develop peer groups to analyze client data.

What you need to have:

• Relevant HR consulting and/or corporate HR experience, broad-based rewards experience is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong research and analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
