Program/Project Management Representativ

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

APM (Application Portfolio Management) • Data Quality Improvement Drive continuous improvement of APM data quality in LeanIX — completeness, accuracy, timeliness of application records across Asia markets • Daily APM Support Handle day-to-day APM operations: application introductions, retirements, lifecycle status updates, data corrections • Annual 3-Year Roadmap Coordinate the annual technology roadmap discussion with market architects and stakeholders — gather inputs, consolidate, facilitate alignment • CMDB–LeanIX Relationship Fully understand and maintain the integration/relationship between CMDB (ServiceNow) and LeanIX — data flow, sync gaps, reconciliation • App Modernization Coordination Help coordinate on the new application modernization initiative — assessment data, disposition support, vendor inputs • APM Automation Drive automation of APM processes — intro/retire API automation, data quality rule execution, lifecycle triggers • Ad-hoc LeanIX Extractions Perform ad-hoc data extractions from LeanIX as needed for architecture initiatives (e.g., vendor RFP inputs, portfolio health reports, pattern analysis) Background: • LeanIX basic knowledge • CMDB basic knowledge • Basic Automation • Good communication skills Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
