Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administering, coordinating, and monitoring on HKMA REI / IA TR / MPFA MPF licensing, e.g. licenses registration and deregistration.
• Support business processes such as pre-employment, on/off boarding and changes during employment cycle.
• Responsible for data inputs into HR Information System and HR record maintenance.
• Assist in payroll related duties, including salary calculations, final payments, taxation, pension contribution, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Responsible for club membership enrollment/cancellation and monthly subscription fee/payment arrangement.
• Handle enquiries from potential candidates/employees from time to time.
• Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred.

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations is preferred.

· Knowledge of employment related ordinance and regulations.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Well versed in data processing of HR Information System. Proficient in MS Applications.
