We are now looking for an ambitious and energetic Regional Sales Head to lead the graphics business in West India for UPM Adhesive Materials. This position is located in Mumbai, India.

What you will do

• Drive sales growth and overall business performance across the West India region
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets
• Build specifications with end users across key industry segments
• Develop and manage channel partners, distributors and converting partners
• Promote solution-based selling by leveraging product strengths and customer needs
• Gather market intelligence on new business opportunities, industry trends and competitor activities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while delivering accurate sales forecasts
• Strengthen the UPM Metamark brand and manage stakeholder relationships across the value chain

Who you are

• You have an MBA in Marketing
• You have 10–15 years of relevant sales and business development experience
• You have a proven track record of driving consistent business growth
• You are an effective collaborator who excels at building strong relationships
• You have strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
• You are proactive, self-driven and comfortable working with uncertainty
• You have excellent stakeholder management, project management and motivational skills
• You can develop strategic plans and new business opportunities
