Experience Range - 10 - 15 years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Exposure in General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
- Proven track record of achieving large-ticket corporate sales.
- Strong experience in handling corporate clients in the South market.
About the client:
Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive corporate client acquisition across key industries in the South region.

Generate new business in Property, Engineering, Liability, Marine, Group Health, and other commercial lines.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve topline and bottomline targets.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate accounts.

Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders of corporate clients.

Ensure high client retention through superior servicing and cross-selling.

Provide risk management and insurance advisory solutions to clients.

Identify new market opportunities and industry segments.

Strengthen insurer relationships for competitive quotes and product support.

Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

Set KRAs, monitor performance, and drive a result-oriented sales culture.

Collaborate with operations, placement, and claims teams for seamless service delivery.
Qualification and Experience:
- 10+ years in General Insurance / Insurance Broking.

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

Professional qualifications in insurance (III / AIII / ACII) will be an advantage.
