Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich People Relations & Development erhältst Du vielseitige Einblicke in unsere People-Arbeit, übernimmst eigene Aufgaben und gestaltest mit Deinen Ideen die Employee Experience bei Diconium mit.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

• Du unterstützt unsere Manager People Relations & Development/HR Business Partner:innen im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für die professionelle Organisation von Workshops, Meetings und People-Prozessen.

• Du koordinierst unser Company Onboarding, organisierst Sessions mit den relevanten Speaker:innen und sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen optimal bei uns starten.

• Du unterstützt bei der Pflege unserer People-Systeme sowie der Aufbereitung von Daten, Analysen und Präsentationen und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität als Grundlage fundierter Entscheidungen.

• Du wirkst an Initiativen rund um Employee Engagement mit, machst das Feedback unserer Mitarbeitenden sichtbar und unterstützt dabei, konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten.

• Du recherchierst aktuelle Trends und Best Practices zu Themen wie Leadership, Learning und Employee Experience und bereitest Deine Erkenntnisse zielgruppengerecht für das Team auf.

• Du bringst Deine Ideen und Perspektiven aus dem Studium ein, um bestehende Prozesse, Formate und People-Angebote kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du bist in einem wirtschafts-, sozial- oder personalbezogenen Studiengang immatrikuliert, zum Beispiel Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Human Resources Management.

• Du hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im People-Bereich gesammelt.

• Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester immatrikuliert und kannst uns für diesen Zeitraum als Werkstudent*in begleiten.

• Du fühlst Dich in einer hybriden und standortübergreifenden Arbeitsweise wohl und arbeitest dabei selbstständig und vernetzt.

• Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig und überzeugst durch eine proaktive und offene Haltung.

• Du bist offen für moderne Technologien und interessierst Dich für den Einsatz KI-gestützter Tools im People-Kontext.

• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch. Für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften bringst Du konversationssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) mit.
