Your Role at Delta Faucet:
The LMS Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, and support of DFCs trade sales Learning Management System (LMS). This role manages day-to-day system operations, supports learning content and journeys, provides user and technical support, and partners closely with Learning & Development (L&D) and IT teams to ensure effective learning delivery and system alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, updates, and system optimization.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide learner and administrator support.
- Upload, organize, maintain, and quality-check learning content and learning journeys.
- Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for escalated support.
- Build and maintain learning paths, curricula, certifications, and onboarding programs.
- Generate and analyze LMS reports to support compliance, training effectiveness, and business insights.
- Support virtual training, webinars, and L&D processes to ensure smooth learning delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning standards.
- Experience supporting reporting, learning paths, and virtual learning tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
