Who we are looking for
Reporting to the Client Program Manager, the Project Manager (PM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects for the Transfer Agency Department, with a focus on dedicated client deliverables.
As PM, you will be responsible for delivering high profile, technology-based projects to clients within an ever-changing IT landscape. There will be direct engagement with external clients, and some projects will require presentation to Risk/Compliance/Change committees and collaborating closely with senior executives in both a sponsor and stakeholder capacity.
You will deal with internal stakeholders and sponsors from different locations who may have different wants/needs/perspectives and will ultimately need to bring all parties together to agree the final scope and approach in a constructive, structured and collaborative manner.
The Project Manager is responsible for the project coordination within Transfer Agency, actively leading project meetings, monitoring the progress of the assigned projects and providing updated status to the business units. The PM will document issues, coordinate solutions and monitor their closure. The PM is also responsible for the coordination of testing and implementation of the project and will assist in the development of procedures, controls and training. The PM will be expected to work on several projects at one time.

What you will be responsible for
As a Project Manager you will:
- Manage client-facing projects
- Liaise extensively with clients to establish exact requirements, agree solutions and define timeframes for project deliverables.
- Define and deliver project scope based on sponsor and stakeholder requirements, both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring that the appropriate measures are taken to ensure that all stakeholders have an appropriate appreciation of the key risks and that the required steps to mitigate these risks are completed.
- Thorough documentation throughout the project life cycle including collation of all required signoffs in line with the Project Management Office.
- Issue tracking and management, ensuring that the appropriate stakeholders agree with the resolution steps
- Perform a cost/benefit analysis under the direction of the Project Owner Monitors project milestones.
- Track and report budgets assigned and estimates vs actuals.
- Report on project status and issue to business units on a regular basis.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and implementation planning
- Assist with the development of the Training Program for the project
- Interface with other business units involved in the project and coordinates the project team and activitie across all organizations involved in the project
- Coordinate and engage with internal Risk and Change committees
- Ensure that any lessons learned are documented, agreed with sponsors and cascaded within broader Product team for learning and development.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in accounting, banking, finance, business administration, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of management/supervisory/project management experience in financial services with end-to-end experience of project lifecycle
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Project)
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency function, an advantage
Work Requirement
- In office presence required – Dublin based.
