The Opportunity

An established consulting organisation is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Project Manager to lead SAP HR transformation and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of SAP HCM projects
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, scope and deliverables
• Work closely with business and technical teams
• Support clients throughout SAP HCM transformation programmes
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communication
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies

Your Profile

• Strong SAP HCM project experience
• Previous experience managing SAP projects
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and commercially aware approach
• Fluent German and strong English skills
