As a Workday Integration & Extend Analyst:

You'll be part of a team of professionals who deliver more than just technology.

From rapid deployments to complete custom use-cases and transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Contributing to the design of Workday integrations, Extend custom Apps and use-cases and even work on SANA Enterprise with Senior colleagues with the ultimate goal to build custom IA Agents within the Workday HR Eco-system

• Collaborate with Integration Leads and Functional consultants in the design and development of integration solutions between Workday (for HR data/processes) and other client systems (including external systems like Payroll, Time and Identity Management)

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Integration domain, contributing to technical integration solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.

• Support workshops and discussions on topics in Workday Integration, Extend and Sana functionalities.

• Collaborate with juniors’ colleagues for joint development in the configuration of Workday and related testing.

• Ability to work in a diverse and disparate environment through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations

We are looking for experience in the following skills: 

• Fluency in IT topics and interest in System Integration

• Knowledge of Integrations and coding

• Ability to work in teams, projects

• Ability to work in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent, with professional fluency in English

 Set yourself apart:

• Experience in IT integrations or programming languages

• Knowledge about project management, ITIL and other IT standards

• Generic knowledge of HR & Payroll systems/processes

• Additional European language fluency (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is under the C3 National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 24,000 and 38,500 EUR.
