As a Territory Sales Manager within the Upper Extremity team, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key upper extremity accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the territory. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.

What you need?

• A minimum of 3 years' sales experience within the healthcare market, preferably the Medical Device industry
• A demonstrable track record of success
• Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
• Commercial acumen, ideally with a working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment

• A full, valid UK drivers license

United Kingdom Pay Range:

• United Kingdom: £38,600 - £64,300 GBP Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role.  In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
